UASHMAMA® washable paper is made using a virgin fiber through cultivation, not deforestation. It is paper that washes like fabric, but holds its form so it can be used over and over again promoting sustainability which is perfect for entertaining, home wares, and unique storage solutions. The bags are soft, yet resilient. The manufacturing process is similar to leather as the paper is stretched and tanned making it durable to withstand washing and daily use. Le Sorelle, which means ‘the sisters’, is a small family owned company based in Tuscany, Italy that started the UASHMAMA® brand. Run by husband/ wife team, Marco and Emanuela and their four daughters, Chiara, Giulia, Gemma and Gaia.
The original paper bags were meant to be used as bread bags for the table and are still made by hand in a Tuscan village. These bags have quickly become a unique and creative option to house various types of plants.UASHMAMA® recently launched a new type of material for the bags that are still made of paper but are water resistant, making them an even better solution for plants.

Men will Moroc’N’Roll for the new flip-flop line debuting at Swim Collective
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (June 2017) – MALVADOS Lifestyle Inc., a fashion-forward, casual footwear brand, is excited to announce the launch of its first-ever men’s collection for Spring 2018. The men’s footwear line will join the brand’s already successful women’s counterpart, and will make its debut at Swim Collective in Huntington Beach, Calif. on July 11.
“Coming off of a prosperous first year with MALVADOS women’s, our retailers encouraged us to grow our offerings to men’s,” said Jennifer Rainnie, MALVADOS co-founder and creative director. “We thought this would be the perfect addition because behind every great woman, there might be a man, and he needs flip-flops too.”
Spring 2018 calls forth the theme of Moroc’N’Roll, expanding on inspiration from the Far East and the desert gypset, and will feature two men’s styles – JACK and PLAYA, which will be offered in earthy, natural hues such as asphalt, marine, slate, cargo and desert – along with six women’s styles.
Spring 2018 will feature a men’s version of the popular women’s PLAYA, a one-piece molded EVA with toe pillow, designed for extra cushioned comfort and support, and a diamond textured foot-bed, offered for breathability and traction. The men’s PLAYA will be offered in five neutral colors. The JACK style will be offered in three earthy tones and will feature a high-quality suede leather strap and foot-bed, with a comfortable rubber EVA sponge outsole.
